This notice describes the actual data flow of news.dehor.com.br. It should receive human and legal review before being treated as a formal policy.

Newsletter subscription

The subscription form on the home page and on each project page collects an email address and the project(s) you choose to follow. Submissions go to a serverless function that forwards them to Resend, the third-party email provider used to manage each project's subscriber audience. A hidden field exists purely to filter automated spam submissions and is never shown to visitors.

Rate limiting

To slow down abuse of the subscription form, the server function keeps a short-lived, in-memory count of submissions per IP address. This count is not written to a database and is not shared with anyone; it exists only in the memory of the function while it is running.

Local preferences and fonts

The light/dark theme toggle is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. All fonts are self-hosted with the site's own assets, so reading this site does not send a request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. No analytics or tracking script runs on this site.

RSS and public content

The RSS feeds and every published edition are public content with no tracking attached to reading them.
